week of protests -- bans all refugees for 90-days. it also bans visitors from seven majority-muslim countries for 120-days. a three-judge panel will begin hearing oral arguments at six tonight. breaking right now at the live desk- the search for a missing person sends rescue teams into the potomac river. overnight... montgomery county crews were out in the area near great falls searching the shore line and the water. the search was suspended after a few hours because of the rain moving in. crews will resume sometime this morning. officials have not said who the missing person is why they believe they may be in the potomac river. we'll update you as we learn more. right now.. police in frederick are looking for a 12-year-old boy who went missing last night. take a good look at your screen. this is michael white. he was last see

rockville. a man is in custody after allegedly trying to rape a young mother. it happened last month at the normally secure congressional towers apartment building. police say tedros ishetu was somehow able to enter the building. he then allegedly entered an unlocked apartment, tackled a woman, and tried to rip off her clothes. she fought back, and he eventually left. seven on your side spoke with more than a dozen of the building's residents yesterday. no one had heard about the crime. we're trying to find out why residents were not notified. police are

bizarre incident that happened in an upscale area of philadelphia. they say was getting out of a taxi yestereday, when a man attacked her. the taxi driver got out to help her. that's when the man allegedly took off his clothes and stole the cab. police say he drove through rittenouse square, hit three parked cars, and crashed into a curb. he was arrested and taken to a hospital. there's no word on his condition. the woman who was attacked is expected to be ok. new developments involving israeli settlements in the west bank.. israel's parliament passed a law last night, retroactively legalizing thousands of homes built illegally on private palestinian land. earlier in the day, before the law was passed, israeli forces demolished buildings at a west bank settlement. that move was in response to an enforced evacuation last week. the law passed last night is expected to be challenged in israel's supreme court. and it's likely to face legal hurdles. it's a first in the nation for higher education. san francisco is set to offer free college tuition this fall, to all residents who a

northeast d-c. around 1:45 this morning - police arrived on the scene in the 15-hundred block of irving street. that's less than a mile from the catholic university campus. they found a man with gunshot wounds. he was prounounced dead at the scene. the victim has not been identified. our john gonzalez is heading to the scene right now. new developments overnight after a fire at an apartment on connecticut avenue in northwest. we now know at least one person was transported to the hospital. no word though on their condition. the fire started just after ten last night on the second floor of this building, right across the street from the national zoo. fire officials say they got the fire knocked down quickly - but there was a lot of smoke. residents were told to shelter to in place, but that has now been lifted. this would have caught your eye in the area of nats park last night. the u-haul truck advertisement on the roof of the company's building in southwest- caught
